MAKE YOUR OWN MANIFESTATION JOURNAL

Do you believe in the power of your thoughts? Have you ever wanted something so badly, visualized it so clearly that it ended up happening? Then perhaps you used the Law of Attraction to materialize it. What is the Law of Attraction, you ask? The Law of Attraction is the ability each one of us has to attract and manifest in our lives what we want to have or achieve.

Whatever your thoughts are focused on can occur in your reality: if you only mull over dark thoughts, and think things will stay gloomy, chances are they most likely will. On the other hand, if you focus on positive images and believe you will accomplish whatever you set out to do, you will find a way to make it happen. You are a magnet, and you attract what you put out in the world. To put it simply, your thoughts become intentions.

This is when the manifestation journal steps in: putting your dreams and aspirations into images is a first step towards manifesting them in your life. Having a journal also allows you to have a visual reminder of your aspirations. What do you want to bring into your life? What makes you feel excited and alive? These are some of the questions you can start asking yourself before you begin making your journal.

If you feel like a journal or notebook is too big, start out with a card, or a page, whatever size feels right. You can use a page for one goal, or for your month/year. To create your page, you want to pick images that speak to you, and resonate with want you want to manifest. You can find images in magazines, newspapers and cut them, or print them out from websites such as Pinterest, or Instagram. They can be illustrations or photos, words or quotes that inspire you. Even business cards from cute restaurants you have been to, museum tickets. Whatever evokes the goal you have set for yourself is game.

Play around with how you position your images. Add stickers, glitter, little symbols, rubber stamps, draw if you want. Put a picture of yourself in your bullet journal if it helps you envision it more clearly. You can also write simple words related to what you want to accomplish or attract, such as: love, joy, creativity, travel, job. Have fun with it, this is meant to be an uplifting and enjoyable moment of introspection.

Once you are done, keep your card or notebook somewhere where you can see it daily. This is a simple way to empower yourself. When you look at your manifestation journal it should make you feel good, and keep you motivated.

Now go out there and create something inspiring !
