Many cafes are trying to be as sustainable and as healthy as possible to give everyone healthy and nutritious options when eating out. Here are some of our favorites on Paulette Map!  

PAPILLES – NYC 

A French fine dining restaurant located in the East Village of New York City. They have partnered with local farmers to bring you all the best organic, non-GMO, fresh and seasonal ingredients. All of the meat that they use is grass-fed and come from antibiotic-free farms. This is where you want to be for the ultimate French dining experience in New York. 

METTA – NYC 

Mettā holds sustainability and plant-forward dishes at the forefront of their restaurant. Everything on their menu is locally sourced and they purchase raw ingredients in their peak seasons. Their goal is to reduce waste as much as they possibly can and work with farmers who have the same ideals. 

THE BUTCHER’S DAUGHTER – NYC & VENICE 

Known for the best avocado toast in the city The Butcher’s Daughter has a menu full of healthy food and juice. Everything sourced locally. It is a plant-based cafe and they call themselves the “vegetable slaughterhouse.” 

FARM GIRL – LONDON

Confronted with the raging brunch culture Farm Girl wanted to create healthy and honest food. They only make dishes with high-quality and sustainable ingredients. They serve vegan and vegetarian meals but also locally farmed chicken and beef.
